This transformational program is designed to help clients identify and release deep-rooted subconscious blocks and reprogram the mind for lasting emotional and behavioral change. It unfolds in three key stages:
1. RTT® Pre-Session (1 hour online)
Held 2–3 days before the main session. This deep conversation helps define the issue and establish a clear, empowering outcome, ensuring the RTT® session is focused and goal-oriented.
2. RTT® Session (2 hours; in clinic or online)
A transformative session using hypnosis, memory exploration, and subconscious suggestion to identify and release the root cause of the issue. Includes a personalized hypnotic audio recording to be listened to daily for 21 days, reinforcing the change process.
